One of our dojo kids moved to the Waco area a year ago (she still has a massive crush on CJ). I logged into CJ's FB this morning to see if she had checked in and was happy to see a post from her.
It is time to lay off on the tragedies world. I know "no one dies today" isn't possible but can we at least aim for that?
Here's some good news for the Tumblr:

We are about to save two million children.
Good Luck Strix!

Random thing: Did you all know we have a National Cryptologic Museum? [link]
y'all have probably figured out, but the explosion was far away from me. I do not have any personal connections of people there.
msbelle, I'm glad to hear it! I thought you weren't especially nearby, but I'm definitely glad to have you check in and say so.
What Kate said, msbelle.
Lee, yep. I pass by the sign for it every time I'm on the BW Parkway or Route 32.
I am failing to keep up with all these disasters. Stay safe, peoples!
In Me news, calling the benefits people yesterday seems to have been all I needed to do, I've got a 401k in my name now. I guess I need to figure out what to do with it - roll it over into one with my employer, or maybe start one with my insurance agent (who also does financial services). I hope there's no hurry on that.

OK, I was going to say why didn't my grandfather (20 years in the NSA) ever take me there, but then I saw it only opened in 1993, after they had already moved away.
Thank you for checking in, msbelle. Glad you're out of the chaos.
Saving two million kids is good. Otherwise? Knock it off, universe.
Also, best healing vibes to Strix.
Quick healing vibes for Strix.
Oklahoma state representative uses "Jew me down" on the House floor. Then "apologizes" by saying that Jews are good businessmen. Is this 1955? [link]
