I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I was gonna say, that's what? 2 boxes of tea?

STILL NO WORD. THIS IS LIKE THE JURY BEING OUT. I THINK LONGER IS NOT GOOD.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Longer may just mean that people are slow, msbelle. Take deep breaths.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

And in completely other but possibly relevant to Buffista shopping interests news, one of the new vendors on Zulily, Little Treetops, has a sale starting today including "And though she be but little, she is fierce" onesies. If anyone needs an invite code, ping me.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

So at least they suffered for it.

One can only hope.

Because books.

Plus, it's Friday, msbelle. Everything takes longer on Friday in my experience.

Sorry about your card, Dana, but good that your bank caught it!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

<surreptitiously eyes ita in speculative but not quite accusing manner>

I do my Teavana shopping in person, thank you, because I am in charge like that.

including "And though she be but little, she is fierce" onesie

It'd be silly to buy that hoping someone has the baby for it later, right? I did discover a stash of infant-sized clothes during one of my last tidying binges. I knew I had kids' books that never made it to an age appropriate audience, but there's some temptation to hoard those. The clothes, I have no idea.

As far as "preserve" animals go, elephant is the largest, and without random whale visits, will keep occupying that size spot. Giraffes as tallest, same preserve.

Catching up from my half day off is happening really slowly. Maybe I should go for a short walk and see if that changes anything. I have promised myself to do the ten flights of stairs at least once a day I'm in the office.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

OK, I made reservations for the Summer of Love room at the Red Victorian. The Summer of Love room shares the aquarium bathroom, which looks like fun.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Awww, Jonathan Winters died.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

some bastards got a hold of my card

ARGH. I do think it's funny that they used it to buy tea. Seriously?

And our network is back, which means I have to do actual work. Bah.

Oh, man, I am already hitting maximum phone saturation, especially since I'm taking the opportunity to schedule cancellation of services for this house.
