"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I also have one of those stories. A guy rear-ended my mother and sister. They had just stopped for tacos and my sister ended up covered in salsa. They went to the emergency room because mother's foot was hurt. The emergency room personnel kept asking my sister where she was hurt.

There's very little more boring than wall-to-wall coverage of tornado watches and warnings.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Ha, yeah, salsa would probably look worse, especially after it was all brushed off and just staining the clothes.

I don't miss tornado season, that's for sure. We got more rain today. Not snow this time, it was 61 degrees. Arizona for ya'.

Our neighborhood mountain lion: [link] Dang. That's a big animal. The video of him going over the fence is pretty awesome.

Our friend's husband is Fish and Game. Normally he is out there chasing or shooting tranqs, but today he was coming back from Sacramento, so just coordinating from home. WEIRD.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Holy shit, Liese -- I'm glad you were OK, at least!

You people don't really make me want to drive more.

I am just saying, that's a giant ass cat. It would have freaked me out if it were in my yard.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Drama at the theatre tonight! A man and his girlfriend were in the lobby waiting for the house to open when the man's wife arrived! Big fight! Police called! The crew was very excited!

brillig

I'm glad it's being released, here in Utah the standard op is to just shoot the thing on sight. Stupid polliticians.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

I am just saying, that's a giant ass cat. It would have freaked me out if it were in my yard.

I was quite startled to learn that cougars grow larger than leopards.
