Good luck! Yeah, warm wet compresses help. I'm not sure why, because for me they never dislodge anything or reduce pressure, but it FEELS better.

There are only 2 current opening in the company that would be a fit for me. I am looking into both of them, but it might be tricky with my boss. People will not do things that they think will get him mad, even other departments.
