The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

But it's cause Devi is in the radiator cabinet because that's what she does at night now. Still hanging in there, but....

I walked into the TV room tonight to find Bubba literally hanging from the curtain. All 4 sets of claws were engaged.

Things I researched today: ion exchange chromatography, stories from the early 1990s about the popularity of technology that didn't become commonplace until the late 1990s, tax regulations related to non-profit organizations, articles relating to bank technology, litigation involving specific patents, and the charitable activity of the legal department from a major California company.
My brain, she is tired.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I didn't know she was eligible for Medicaid. She may not know either. I'll check with her. Thanks, Jesse!

Woe to the fucking wicked.

She may not be eligible yet. And, if you're in a state that is declining the Medicaid money, she may not be eligible next year. The Feds are providing funds to support expansion of medicaid, but those funds will be fading over time, so states will have to foot more of the bill, and some don't want in on that deal.

Yet? What's the time limit? Or is it an age limit?

Dammit, why is this so confusing?

Oh, wait. Government. Never mind.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

It has to do with protein purification, and resins. Someone tried to explain it to me more, but I didn't care enough to really listen.

Yeah, even the Wikipedia page is not an easy read.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I'm pretty sure I've heard of ion exchange chromatography in the context of water quality testing. But I don't remember the specifics.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Wow, Raising Hope is educational tonight. One big takeaway seems to be that Lucas Neff cannot sing. Just a feeling from the staging...
