I'm in the office - they moved our office spaces over the weekend and we are in our new spiffy "open office" cubicles. The walls are higher than I had expected, which is nice (I'm not staring at the person in the next cube) but the space is probably 1/2 of the space of my old cube. No room for a visiter to come sit and talk over a project. There are "quiet rooms" for that type of work. Plus the one guy in the office I work with isn't even located next to me.

Yeah, working from home is still the better option.
