But if I halve the strokes I'll still be well over 4, so I'll make sure there's plenty of wet, and mix dramatically less than before.

Another IKEA furniture tip. If you are concerned about something staying sturdy, glue all the joints in addition to the screws or whatever. It kept my second entertainment unit from ever getting wobbly.
