Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

erin, good to know! You've done this before, I take it?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Oof. My Dad was in the ER a few days ago with bad constipation, and today my Mom was in the ER for diverticulitis.

Dad is somewhat better now. Mom probably won't need surgery, and will hopefully get out of the hospital tomorrow.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Yikes, Tommy.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I just desoldered my nonworking cigar box guitar, and I found the problem, but now the SO is at rehearsal and in his car is the box of parts I need to finish the repair. Grump.

And then I tried to make some payments and the system is down. It tells me they're due anyway, and to call this number to make them, but I HAVE CALLED ENOUGH PEOPLE TODAY, UNIVERSE! And some of them were quite stressful calls for a phone fear person. So that shall have to wait until tomorrow.

And my stomach has been grumbling all day, since before I woke up, and I don't want to eat anything but I'm probably hungry.

Harumph, you ducks, go home!

So anyway. I see no other recourse than to go play in the studio for the remainder of the evening. It's not on me. I will shed this completely unproductive and frustrating day and make some music.

Occasionally I’m callous and strange

Ugh, that is waaaay too much severe digestive unrest!

And yes, I spent most of high school dying my hair with kool aid. Then I discovered manic panic.

Is Manic Panic a permanent color?

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Not Erin, but no, not permanent. Unless you are asking about the spots on the bathtub or shower curtain, or anywhere else where you rinse it out.

"semi-permanent" in that it eventually washes out of hair and off skin. If yr gonna dye a cat, go with kool aid, it's way less toxic.

Depends on your hair, too--many years ago I bleached chunks amd covered with manic panic red, and so did a friend, in early November. His were gone by thanksgiving. Mine were still bright after the new year, at which point I bleached them again.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Manic Panic on my hair only ever lasted a week or so, even with color safe shampoo. It wouldn't rinse out entirely, just enough to look really faded and crappy. I loves my Special Effects though.
