Oh, that's good, Sue. Still, speedy travel home ~ma.
javachik, it's right here in town, about two blocks from the old one.
Happy birthday, Beverly!
Steph, I hope the new meds work with minimal internal flora disruption.
I did the couch to 5k thing in 06? 07? Something like that. It was through a program sponsored by a local sport shoe shop. I didn't run an actual race, but I ran the whole 5k prep run with the group, so I figure that counts. I wish I could do it again, but I messed up my ankle in 09, and it's still a bit wonky.
So you spend your hour of therapy walking through the park instead of sitting in an office?
Yeah, the thing I like, besides the extra exercise, is that I really feel refreshed after walking through the park. Something about the sunshine and smell of leaves. We usually sit on a bench for the last 20 minutes and she always brings Kleenex and a bottle of water. She does regular office therapy three days a week so clients can choose.

Oh, nice! Wasn't sure if it was out in WC or right in Philly.
We're not moving to Philly. If we were leaving this town, I'd go more rural first.
Ah, my flight has been delayed twice and it's still a few hours until it leaves. I suspect they are softening us up for cancellation.

So, I am not sure if I really want to register for a 5K. Does this defeat the purpose of a Couch to 5K program? I want to do 5K, but I am not very good with organized activities.
Incompetent developer is ramping up the passive aggression. She keeps asking questions like "Is it okay if I don't fix the test system, since I'm focusing on the code for this deployment?" Uh, if your code doesn't get tested, you can't deploy it. So you're going to have to fix it.
When I told her it wasn't working the first thing she suggested the Java error saying it couldn't parse the elements of a dropdown on one screen of our application was related to the change I'd done of uninstalling IIS. She's back into that default position of putting everything on my lap, and not replying to my emails if she doesn't want to.
So when questions get sent to both of us, I don't know if she's working on it, and when I ask her to keep me up to date I get hours of radio silence, and then an out-of-office reply after maybe the 3rd email I sent her saying she's out for two days.
It's weird how some people think that if they don't answer you that the thing you're talking about will evaporate and disappear from their responsibilities.
How is this person still working for your company? In this economy people should not feel free to regard "Don't wanna!" as an appropriate response to their job responbsibilities.
