Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I didn't hear about them until zooborns!

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Amy, have you read Wolf Hall (& its sequel)? Those have straightened me out about the Tudors. And are really great!

highly recommend! I think both books are so wonderful and sympathetic to Cromwell.

Oh man, have you all seen the George W. Bush is into painting? Someone hacked his sister's computer and found the self-portraits he painted: [link] I don't even know what to say.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Kat, that second link doesn't work for me.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Poor Russia.

At least all I have is a headache, not space matter falling on my head.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

the popular dog breeds by city

I knew French Bulldogs would be high on the SF list. They're everywhere here, and I love them and their little bat ears.

Wow, Kat--the comments on the article are amazing. In a hateful sort of a way, I mean.

Here is the self portrait link: [link]

Please, no one hack into my email and find my art. Or Amy's email, then too.

I can't believe I have Monday off. Normally I'd extend the pain meds until Monday, but I don't think that's doable now. Or practical, considering.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Hey Liese, I dreamed last night that you showed me one of your cigar-box guitars! It only had three strings, but then when I looked closer each string was made up of like 20 super-thin individual strings. The sound was kinda weird and jangly, but they looked very cool!

Ha! That's awesome! It sounds pretty accurate, except for the awesome individual strings. That must be the Nashville tuning. (Funny to me, because actual Nashville tuning, i.e., higher than usual, is appropriate for cigar box guitars.) I will totally bring one to show you next time I come to town!

The project is going really so well, and I haven't maimed any students yet.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Wow, Colbert showed those paintings on whichever show I finally saw yesterday and I thought they had been mocked up by his graphics department as a joke. Huh.
