Casco should be Massachusetts Bay, since that is what it was when Maine was part of MA originally. But I can see how they wanted to avoid using any of the old state names.
I would be in Yerba Buena, which is okay. But I don't get how Hawaii gets to be part of Shasta, which is pretty far away.
