Wesley: Illyria can be...difficult. Testing her might be hard without getting someone seriously hurt. Angel: We'll make Spike do it. Wesley: Good.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Boehner won't even stand up for voting rights?

That would be showing weakness and not standing strong to his supporters probably. Which is every fucking thing wrong with our politics.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Oh! Hey, congrats, Teppy!!!

Dead children whose parents are present warrant, apparently. But 102 year old naturalized citizen (and oh, she's black) who waited hours to vote, nope.

I am actually disgusted by his behavior.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Fuck yeah! Congratulations to Teppy and Tim! You must make him dress like Tim Drake on the Honeymoon. And Carrie for the wedding?

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Felicitations, Tep! Tim is a lucky, lucky (and very smart) man. May you have a delicious lifetime together of dirty fun and kindness and doodling smiley faces on all the eggs in the fridge.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

I am actually disgusted by his behavior.

You're not alone, sara.

Because books.

Yeah, he just bought a new one last weekend.

(No, really.)

I started reading Dorner's manifesto. It actually sounds sort of plausible, given how many conspiracy thrillers I've watched over the years. I just don't know how he got from point A to point B being killing people.

Well, I never liked him to begin with, but that was just such asshole behavior. He now goes in my pantheon of self-absorbed assholes with Helms and Gingrich and... Basically, the pols who made me throw things at the tv/radio.

Why should today be any different?

Wow, the end of the SotU just brought me to tears.

I will admit that I am not going to watch the rebuttals. I will just be angry - especially at the Tea Party - and I would rather read my news and not throw anything heavy at my tv.
