eBay has enough specific functionality that an app is decently suited for me. I am curious about what app/meatspace store integration can bring to the table, but other than comparison shopping (and Amazon's app is designed for you to leave the store, not spend), I have to admit ignorance of the functionality they try and lure customers with.
Also, I'd want a "theoretically" vendor-neutral comparison shopping app, even as I accept it's not really going to make sense for anyone to do that.

Aw, man -- I forgot I had a massage scheduled for Saturday, and now it's cancelled! They live in the woods, so are concerned about the snow.
OK, so I have an email from the fancy salon around the corner from my house about a mani/pedi deal -- I'll see if I can do that on Saturday. I need some personal services!
Oh, right, snow. I have no idea, I assume it's separate systems, but we're supposed to get badass winds tomorrow, and then three days of snow. During which we'll have two days of concerts, and then school. And our band will be coming in from Flagstaff. Oy.
Apparently we're going to get anywhere from "some" to "all" of the snow over the course of Friday and Saturday. I'm going to predict a foot, with massive overreaction.

I don't personally need Ziggy Stardust, but I'm pretty sure another member of our household does. If it weren't a one-of-a-kind not for sale thing, I'd already be making room for him to hang out on our doll shelf alongside our Jack Skellingtons, Dior New Look Barbie and Enid.
