Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Why do I always run up the stairs at work?? Especially when I'm on my way to see Higher-Ups??? I start talking and then I'm out of breath and embarrassed. Ah well.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

So we had freezing rain all night. I was planning on taking the train to work today, but then I realized the roads would be salted but the sidewalks mostly wouldn't be. So I drove and the roads were fine.

I guess North of us in Wisconsin is really getting nailed withe the snow, and that's the system that's gonna clobber the East coast, right?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Apparently that's half of it.

I will forgive it for being a Friday-night storm if it starts early enough that we get to leave early tomorrow!! (Not only would I prefer a weekday snow day, I have been close enough to various municipal governments that I know it wreaks havoc on the budget to have a big storm over the weekend.)

Ann, that's a ferret.

The northern part, tommy. Here in DC, we're just expecting rain. Which is fine with me -- if we're going to get walloped with snow, I at least want a day off work for it.

hip deep in pie

We were expecting the same storm to hit Friday/Saturday. Now they seem to be forecasting for Sat/Sun. It better not mess with my flight on Sunday evening!

It's 2 crowns on adjacent teeth. They're separate, but easier to do both at once.

Napped as much as sudafed would let me (it makes me sleepy but jumpy today, apparently) going to shower and eat something substantial...

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Man, seeing the forecast for New England, I am so happy I a) don't live there and b) am not travelling this weekend. Yikes!

ION, going to the parades last night has worn me right out. Sure, some of that is from the Jello shots, but more of it is being sore from standing and booty bounce dancing. Also, I am old.

However, after today, my office is closed until next Thursday, so huzzah!

Oh yeah! Good news, Cash? Does that mean you guys will move over the summer?

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

New job yay for Mr. Cash.

We had rain and snow last night. Ended up with a few inches on the ground. Clearing off my car this morning was a bitch as there were layers of ice mixed in with the snow so nothing wanted to move.

And I touched off my asthma in the process of moving the snow. I'm in the office and trying real hard to keep this from becoming a bigger issue. Slow, deep breathes. I have both ice water and hot tea. Slow and steady. Blarg.
