I ate lunch while on a conference call (I'm on mute). They are still yammering on. I think we are past the point where they needed me, but there hasn't been a gracious place for me to step away.

"Migraine Chocolate, works safely with migraine, fatigue, lassitude and headaches."
Apparently a real product back in 1900.
"Migraine Chocolate, works safely with migraine, fatigue, lassitude and headaches."
I suppose the Ministry of Magic wouldn't let them put "For Use After Dementor Encounters" on it.
I'm sorry for your loss, Suzi. She sounds like a lovely lady.
I left a kinda sick kid at home instead of sending her to school. No fever, but a bit of a cough and clearly congested. Cody, who stayed with her, thinks we should have sent her anyway seeing as it didn't blossom into the full-blown ick that's been going around. But what if it had?
I supposed if I had been the one to stay home from work I'd be inclined to think we should have sent her.

Man, now I have a horrid headache. I just want to go home and curl up in a small ball and ignore everyone and everything.
But I have karate at 4:30, which I KNOW will help. At least I don't have to deal with dinner (thank you pulled pork burbling in the crock pot).
I want to "Like" Jilli's post.
Me too.
Now I want chocolate.
But what if it had?
I think being careful is usually the right call with sick.
Now I want chocolate.
Yes. Someone bring me chocolate and a pot of tea? (Yes, I'm working from home and could get up and fetch my own, but I'm pinned under two laptops and an email thread.)
Oh, Robin Sachs died. Sad: [link]
