RIP green wig. I pulled it out in prep for the A's series (they play the Rockies Tues - Thurs) and it needs to be retired. Poor thing is a tangled mess.
It had a 10 year run. There were actually 3 wigs over this time span. I started wearing it during "the streak", the gold pom-poms were added the following year.
The jersey with 5 lbs of pins will have to be enough. Thank you for all the good times, green wig. You will be missed.
Number 8 seed takes it all.
And beats 1, 2, and 3 on the way!
Freakin' awesome, though it's a bit sad because Rob and I always watched the Finals together. Not going to dwell on that though....
Yeah, that is hard. But you can carry it on, yourself.
I wore my Wonder Woman bracelet today! And it took me five minutes to work out how to take it off. I contemplated being Wondrous for ever,
Didja hear? Good news for Oz. A dingo did eat her baby.
ita !, CJ and I just had that exact conversation.
We're very sensitive.
However, if you call yourself a Buffy fan, and a devotee of Oz...you should have done no less. IT'S IN THE RULES.
I did the exact same thing to sarameg on the phone tonight. She was startled by my excited utterance when it came on the news.
Wonder Woman bracelet, ita !? I'd love to find a pair, but I'll settle for one.
Damn. I need to stop checking the site on the phone and go to sleep.
Well, Charlize Theron seems to be pulling the Mad Max trigger. That's less hair than T-Hard has...
Right on. Of course, she's had very short hair before and looked awesome so I'm not surprised she's unafraid to go there.
Suzi! I remember finding you at an A's game by spotting your wig from two decks away. That's when you gave Emmett his Bobby Crosby signed ball.
Emmett's added a leg kick to his swing to generate some power and is getting close to jacking some balls on the big fields. In his previous game he pulled a ball foul that went over the two story building along the third base side. Tonight he rocked one to dead center that went about 330 feet before the center fielder made a circus catch to turn it into a long out.
The opposing team had a left-handed hitter who pulled a home run over the sixty foot fence in right.
How scary Kat. I heard about it on NPR on my way home today, didn't know then that it was you.
Looks like Grace Jones is growing more staid and conservative in her later years: [link]
