Every planet has its own weird customs. About a year before we met, I spent six weeks on a moon where the principal form of recreation was juggling geese. My hand to God. Baby geese. Goslings. They were juggled.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Anyone want to go here with me? The name alone is worth the trip.

Yes and yes.

I was feeling kinda sorry for myself, but now I'm all grateful b/c DH showed up and, after seeing that I was frazzled, he left again to go pick up my Rx and some cheap sushi.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Mmm, that place sounds great.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

-t, I just noticed your tag. That was awesome. (And John Goodman's long hair makes me laugh and laugh, for some reason.)

Right? It scares me a little when I identify with him. The dean, that is. John Goodman going through some stuff I don't identify with. Yet

You know what I'm doing tonight? Watching Blade. I may not be entirely right in the head.

I have a ridiculous fondness for that movie. Especially the opening vampire club scenes.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I have never seen Blade. Perhaps I should change that tonight.

I haven't watched it since it was in the theater, I don't think, or maybe since the sequel came out. It's holding up well so far!

That is a most excellent opening, Jilli. One of the more sense-making what vampires would actually do for fun bits of film that I've seen.
