13 bucks from half price books on stuff and I convinced mac we should both save the money.

Now a quick errand to Lowes and then back home for some cleaning.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I made headway on the laundry, and was able to cross one errand off my list by talking to the gardener about if he could fix the problem for me.

Now, I am going out to get sushi and run the rest of the errands.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I was going to say I had accomplished nothing today (as I more or less planned) but I did pay my bills.

Shouldn't that FCM go Brosnan, Firth, and Skarsgård?

Art Crawl!!!

FYI: Instead of leading the Belmont Stakes post parade, there is going to be a retirement ceremony for I'll Have Another after the Met Mile.

(Not sure if the Met Mile will be on NBC Sports or NBC.)

Oops - not the Met Mile - the Metropolitan Handicap.

(The Just a Game was good.)

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Harrumph. I forgot to get bread when I was out, and I didn't eat this loaf fast enough, so it got moldy.

I do have all the right ingredients for my favourite sort of bread--am I lazy enough to make it myself rather than leave the house?

And no, bread-free isn't an option. That is never an option. Don't even think it.

Mmmm, Meyer lemons are delicious.

shrift, that is the song! (and if you could send one of the ladies in it to me while you're at it...)

Had coffee date. She's very cute, but I don't think she was into me. Also, I have a headache now. Boo!

lemon curd in process. I am also gathering things from the kitchen for goodwill. I almost have a bag full. YAY!

The goal is 3 bags of stuff to leave the house each week for the rest of the month.
