Punishingly Intricate
Even though I have 8 hours in bed I still am sleep deprived.
Right, yeah. I am usually in bed for 8 hours but I sleep way less than that on a weeknight I'm sure. I think I wake up a ton during the night. And have a hard time falling asleep many nights. Not like terrible insomnia, by any means, but it's bad enough lately that I'm thinking of talking to a doctor about it. And I like the idea of having data about how I'm sleeping!
I was looking at the ultra and I think I'd be inclined to add some step climbing into my day if it was being tracked!

But be aware that step machines don't work. Even the stair treadmills. It has something like an altimeter that checks motion + changes in altitude.

Do you use it for the sleep tracking aspect at all?
I really like mine. I'm actually on my second because I worked my first one to death. And I do use the sleep tracker. It tracks your time in bed and also time asleep.
