Well, to my understanding "principles of neuroplasticity" boils down (in real-world terms) to "you get better at what you do, and get worse at what you don't do" Which is just common sense (it also seems obvious that the brain changes throughout adulthood). Primarily (in a non-rehab setting, and there's some wicked cool stuff out there about post-stroke rehab) is that you have to do a lot of in-context practice to really see the effects.
