It's like, in the middle of all this, I'm paranoid that you'll think I don't like poetry.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

You know, the haircut that people just keep getting once they get to a certain age that makes it clear to everyone in the room what era they were adolescent in?

By that logic, my old lady hair is going to be backcombed and hairsprayed within an inch of someone else's life. Yay!

Hmmm, maybe I should indulge in Big Hair next week. That's always fun.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I"m having minor hair angst lately. My hair has become so much coarser since I hit my 40s and it just doesn't fall the way it used to. sigh.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Shit, my hair's already been basically the same for at least ten years, and I'm not even 40!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I will probably try cayenne in the remaining batch. See if I can beat the vegetable. Squash. Whatever.

As for Scarlett's hair--I imagine it has more body in the back when she's at the start of saving the world.

I'm glad I don't have enough patients to have options of elderly hair.

I did dye it with the blue tone packet once, to see if I could get it even darker than platinum.

No--I had blue hair. Why so literal, cheveux?

I want o make sure I cut it more often. I'd forgotten how much I like the feel of my scalp when it's just stubble.

You know, the haircut that people just keep getting once they get to a certain age that makes it clear to everyone in the room what era they were adolescent in? Mine is going to be the 90's bob, and I don't know if I can fight it.

I think I'm going to opt for the hair I had from my mid-thirties to today. It's a lot more flattering than 80s hair. Of course, I did live through the 70s, so the hair of my adolescence isn't the worst by a long shot.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I"m having minor hair angst lately. My hair has become so much coarser since I hit my 40s and it just doesn't fall the way it used to.

Coarser and thinner, alas. It's still very curly, but it's not as soft, so the frizzies are worse than when I was younger. Hopefully by the time I'm officially an old lady I'll have figured out what to do with it. Or shaved it all off and bought some fetching wigs.

Black Widow's hair looked fantastic, and it didn't look like a difficult cut/style to achieve or maintain. Although it would be for me, I'd have to straighten my hair to do it.
