And the guy on it from Intervention? I don't think anyone ever figured out if the paranoid delusions etc. were there before he started using it, but they were still there after he got clean.
Ha! I was going to mention this ep too. That was really sad and, yeah, the doctors couldn't figure out if his mental issues were there w/out the drugs or if they were caused by the drugs. Shit's messed up.
Also messed up is the story about the guy at Morgan State!
I don't think his clothes were part of the initial problem
Neither do I. I'm just wondering if it's saying his problem was visible through his clothes (making him lonely) or they were close enough to chafe, which made the problem worse, and it was just a "hard to make friends with weird balls" thing.
Looking at this piece of fanart is the person holding
the bow
supposed to be Arya from GoT? Is that something we've seen, or is it in the books? I can't work out why the artist didn't just go with
Katniss
for the same letter.
Those are the fandoms she likes?
What is the word supposed to be? I can't figure out what letter Sherlock is, or what the word is based on the letters I can see.
That said, there's no way I could get all my stuff in my bedroom. And I only have one other room!
It's all about the vertical space.
I'll probably end up with the bed tipped up on end to make room for the chairs & sofa. I'm reaching a point where I think I need to pack for my week away before I block all access to most of my clothes. Laundry should probably happen, too.

Good call. I hope you're leaving tomorrow!
Close enough? Maybe keep it so you can sleep and get dressed until Saturday.
I'm also getting a feeling that his problem was all the more visible because of them, and that's why he's lonely...or does he get lonely because people saw his nutsack in another way and didn't want to talk to him anymore?
Per the links in the notes:
However, by the end of his life, when the swelling had impaired walking and even sitting, and had caused incontinence, it must have strained social relationships.
And that wasn't his only health problem. In the RSM paper the author thinks his symptoms indicate some kind of nerve inflammation, and maybe a blood clot, along with a massive hernia.
