Eggs for breakfast! Cheese omelette! Bacon! Ham! Sausage! Full-fat milk and real cream in your coffee! mmm.
Yeah, it's also supposed to be low-fat and low-cal. :) No cream or bacon. But it's damn effective...if I can stick to it!
ita ! that's hot! I like it.

You look great!
I just want to find some skirts that aren't snug around the hips. I don't want to have to make more circle skirts to get some that fit comfortably and move nicely.
Holy Clothing. [link] Lots and lots of flowy skirts.
Thanks, meara (eta: and Jilli)! I like how it turned out, and I did last minute find lipstick in my bag. Luckily my palette rarely varies.
Okay, I'm going to steal out and buy garlic fries for lunch, despite the system still being down. Everyone else took lunch. I mean, those that came into the office.
Yeah, it's also supposed to be low-fat and low-cal.
It is never my best intention to tell other people what to eat, but... low-carb and low-fat together are generally not a good idea. Short-term I guess it's all right, but long-term it's bad for you. Though I don't see how anyone could stay on such a restrictive diet long-term anyway! That's some heroic effort, there.
I don't see why it's necessary to be so restrictive, anyway, when low-carb is so effective by itself. (I mean, if it's effective for you; I know it doesn't work for some people.)
Well, I've done it before, and "supposed to be" and "what I actually manage" don't necessarily line up super well. :) But it's lean meats (I end up with lots of fish) and veggies and a bit of fruit (with the shakes). Not sustainable as a long-term change, but for a kickstart it works.
Matthew Fox is a woman beater?
this all was news to me.
Me too, though I've gotten a strong enough impression of him as a douchebag from his own words that it doesn't really surprise me at that much. Weird that Monaghan used to be so demonstratively affectionate with him at events, though.
This afternoon was the first time in a long while that I've killed something capable of killing me back, though admittedly since I'm maybe 50,000x its mass it wasn't really a fair fight. HUGE black widow that had spun its web on our trash receptacle - the thing's body was the size of a frickin' grape!
Whatever works. :-) Me, I would go batshit without either carbs or fat!
Matthew Fox is a woman beater?
Ugh, that's depressing. One of my friends worked with him many, many years ago in a live theatre troupe in LA, a little bit after Party of 5 but long before Lost, and she said that he was sweet and kind and egoless (it was a shoestring everyone-does-everything group, and he was hanging lights and sweeping under the risers and sitting in the lobby folding programs along with everyone else) and that he seemed to utterly dote on his wife. It's completely plausible that the seriously big money and attention and everything else conspired with whatever he already had going on under the surface to do a number on him; it's just depressing as hell.
