Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

About what I felt like was a prevalence of lose/loose errors-hard typo to spot, or not knowing the correct spelling? (I'm not trying to make a big deal of your typo--it just reminded me that I'd asked yesterday or so). And I did get one answer, so that's rude of me.

Argh! I know the difference. Oops.

Because books.

Amy, lots of water. Even after the fact!

I think in my case it's also excessive smoking while drinking. I swear if I quit smoking, I won't be drinking anymore either.

I think my favorite is a wedding invitation from 1898.

So cool!

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

We watched a cricket match in a pub in Ireland. . Which made DH read two books on how it is played and asked a bunch of people around here ( English , Indian , Pakistani) .Not sure he understands it . My friend C ( English ) says it is a lovely place to read a book.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

I get annoyed by "reign in" when it should be "rein in."

Also, I am a horrible snob about "alright." HATE.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Yeah, I still feel pretty weird about my real person information being out there, as evidenced by my fb last name, although that's more to avoid bots than people. So I would probably leave off the names. But that's me, and I am more paranoid than your average bear.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I've encountered my fair share of "taunt stomachs", for which there is no excuse at all.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

All of those things make me twitch. I'm very twitchy.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I tend to typo some things I know (there, they're and their), but I actually have a lot of trouble with its and it's because I just remember that there is something wrong with them. And picturing The Alot has helped me with that one.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I'm twitching right now.

So, man, today. I have a metric tonne of stuff to do, but even with the short list of errands the SO & I left the house to accomplish, all we actually did was go eat breakfast out, wander the garden center, then come home and shoot. Now I'm making improv stew (venison, chickpeas, chile peppers, corn, with cumin, oregano, sea salt, garlic & onions) and the SO is watching Northern Exposure.

I guess it's ok. It's our first official day of summer. I guess tomorrow I can start back with the work.

Those Malkovich Siri ads are meant to be creepy, right?
