Well, other bands know more than three chords. Your professional bands can play up to six, sometimes seven, completely different chords.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Must be a huge fan, because it's every nightmare writ large.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I've decided to try two brands of disposable gloves, one of which is going to have me saying "Two by two, hands of blue." I know you were breathlessly awaiting my decision.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

My project of the day is sorting through my boxes and boxes of pictures. I'm maybe a fifth of the way through and I have so many piles, including a big pile to give KCD. I also have a pile of pre-divorce family pictures that I'm not sure what to do with. And I have a pile to trash. In the modern age, they would have been deleted. Still feels weird to toss pictures.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

SHOWERED! Oh, sweet, sweet bliss.

My hair is in a side pony that looks like a two year old with 10 thumbs did it, but it is CLEAN and out of my face.

I very, very carefully washed my left forearm and that felt wonderful.

But I just realized I will be teaching Dan how to curl hair and put on eyeliner. On me, that is. He was an art student; it'll be good for him.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I just put a bunch of photos on flickr that my grandfather took during his WWII army days. [link] I think he did a lot of clerical stuff (I guess not that many men could type in the 40's?) so I don't know that he saw much action. I know his view of the war was very different than my other grandfather who served in the Pacific and would NOT talk about it at all.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

A Batman-Themed Smartphone By Nokia

According to Pocket-lint, Nokia has produced a limited-edition black Batman Nokia Lumia 900 smartphone that has the Batman logo laser-etched into its body. VentureBeat reports that these bat-phones “will go on sale in a few weeks for the U.K., German, and French market”.

I dunno--is it Bat-y enough?

Ginger for the win.

I am trying to figure out how cricket is played. I am confused.

My theory is you have to be raised in a cricket-loving society to understand it.

(This helps me not think about it, so don't tell me I'm wrong.)
