Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Did I miss it? Livejournal's not on the list, right? Sometimes I feel like LJ is invisible (and DW even moreso). For me it's the difference between fans and fandom. On IO9, for instance, the LJ-knowledgeable people are a pretty easily identifiable group, predominantly female fic-readers at the very least.

I wasn't expecting to finish up that picture I posted earlier--that was just me practicing doped up on dilaudid, but I do kinda like how it turned out, and Colin gave me a thumbs up, so I will put it up places.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Below the graphic:

...Livejournal, Tumblr, myYearbook, Catster, and other sites are not represented at all...

I suspect LJ and Tumblr would both skew heavily female. I don't know the other two.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Ugh you guys -- I went out to do errands and then was going to go for a walk, but the dry cleaner was closed! So I had to bring my stuff back here. And then I accidentally turned the TV on, and it's a Storage Wars marathon! I do have freelance work to do, so I guess I'll do that.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Film magic: student creates luminous dress from old slide film | DVICE

This shiny little black dress is a knockout on its own. But, for those of us who love wearable technology we get a little bit of a surprise when embedded LED backlights come on in the dress. As ambient light dims and the dress lights up we find it is woven out of old film slides so there are hundreds of little snapshots to enjoy.

Wow. If I went on a date with a woman wearing this dress and things started to get amorous, I'd be all, "No, don't take it off. I want to look at it some more."

Having LJ listed with two sites I've not heard of reinforces that invisible feeling.

But tumblr! Seriously? I thought that was out and about. I didn't notice it not being there.

I don't know if I'd say it's as female as English-speaking LJ land is, and my understanding is that Russian LJ doesn't skew as much.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Ginger, if you're buying disposable gloves, I'd say go with a large, and if they're the wrong size, then next time you can buy a medium or x-large. They're stretchy anyway, and it's unlikely they'll fall off. I buy disposable gloves because the times I've bought kitchen gloves that were supposed to last forever? They got sweaty and gross (and once, mildewy) inside in very short order. They're just impossible to clean inside, and it's difficult to hang them up so that even the inside of the fingers can dry. I could wear little cotton gloves inside them, I guess, but that's too much fuss for something that's supposed to make things easier.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I feel like everyone I know is constantly talking about tumblr, but maybe that mostly applies to people I know from the internet. But still, a pretty wide variety of people I know from the internet.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Steph, you and Tim both look great!

Nice, ita !. I wish I could draw. And I think Colin could totes play a bad-ass. (D is SO SAD about Eureka ending...)

And I feel for you with the awkward/tense convos with fathers; I actually uttered the phrase (and believe me, I thought "OMG, I just channeled Dean AT MY DAD" after it popped out of my mouth) "Don't make me slap you like a little bitch" to dad when he was blaming himself for the dog Saturday.

Liese, cool pix! Neato!

I wondered about that. Twitter's stats surprise me, but I wonder what they do with users who aren't easily gender identifiable. The FB/Google+ divide amuses me.

Wow. If this actually worked, I'd need a dozen. I wonder how thin not-thick has to be (and other secret limitations).
