Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Are there ruffles in the front also?

I think the front ruffles are the cami, not the blouse itself.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I do miss the world. And the people in it. I might find myself on short term disability, and then I'd be bored beyond belief, because the world is just out there, but it takes me hours to be able to get ready enough to enter it. Or to let it in here, in any form but electronically, or those guys at the door bringing stuff.

I miss the world but then I go out in it and the world makes me shaky and angry. This is probably because I had to go to CostCo today.

The world should be easier to be in though.

I misread that for a second and was all "There's a UK version of LotMS?!" (Life on the Murder Scene, the Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge-era MCR documentary.)

I had that hope for a minute. Because, if it existed, it'd be easy peasy to find it online, I am certain.

Hot damn! Upgrading to digital cable has allowed my TV to receive Chiller. Weekend afternoons with nothing to watch are now a thing of the past.

There's a Finnish movie staring Gwar-esque rock band Lordi on right now.

I've always been working largely on macs or unix/linux/vms systems (wherein I navigate through the command line mostly.) And the discussion of folders vs directories makes me realize I differentiate between the two. On macs, using the gui scema, they are folders. But if I'm typing in a terminal window, it's directories (because then I'm really unix based.) Unix and linux (which are non-desktop systems I'm largely logging into,) I use the directory terminology. When I had a unix desktop, I called them directories, but again was largely using a terminal window to navigate around, not the gui. Huh. Never though about it. Windows, it is WTFFFWHERETHEHELLISTHATDAMNEDFUCKER because I.do.not.speak.windows.

So I went out to look for a laundry basket (a nice one to keep upstairs, not my net ones.) I came home with a chair instead: [link] [link]

I'm undecided on the cover. Red is a bold choice for me. Here are some of the other pillows I have on my futon: [link] [link]

I didn't want to go with natural, it was too white. The other options I seriously considered was the light brown here. The black was too denimy, and blue wouldn't fit in here: [link]

Thoughts? I'm going to get another one tomorrow (REAL GROWNUP SEATING!! but only one can fit in my car at a time) and could get a brown cover to see if I like that better and return the reds. Help??

Our wings are not tired.

I LOVE the red, especially with your walls as contrast. Eta: oh in one pic the walls look yellow; in the other they look taupish grey. I like red and yellow together a lot.

I'm just unsure on how it goes with the floors.... And it is really red!

Walls are very taupey-neutral.

I like the red, and I think the royal blue [link] works. I like to think it does, anyway, since my living room has light gold walls and a royal blue sofa. I think the brown is too dull.

I'd say either keep the red and add more colors from the patchwork pillow, or get the royal blue and use the striped pillow's colors.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I like the red a lot.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

I like the red. But I'm partial to red. Granted, all of the furniture in our living room, except for the pink rocker, is brown.
