Your long growing seasons are making me envious.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

I was just marvelling this morning that we've been eating local strawberries since early April! And they are still coming in, along with blueberries, peaches, and corn. Love the long growing season here. Strawberries in New England don't come in till June and they don't last too long either.

I hear that. I always buy a lot and freeze them.

Our wings are not tired.

Too much, Kat. I hope you catch a break soon.

And our growing season is over. The farmer's markets and CSA pickups close in April.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

*snarl*

I deleted my long rantypants post. To sum up, not happy today. My problems are petty, which makes me even madder that I'm so worked up about something that doesn't matter.

I like bon bon's succinct response.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Strawberries have been obtained. Also, tacos, but those weren’t from the Farmers’ Market.

Because books.

I suggest not combining the two, Tom.

Thrive to spite them

I have frozen strawberries but no fresh yet. The frozen came from my new temp job. The guy I'm working for had to go get a signature from someone and came back with 3 quart bags of frozen berries. Life in the small town.
