Rental market is getting pretty tight around here as gaming companies and biotech start to heat up. So it won't be easy.
I don't know what to suggest aside from Craigslist.
Might be easier to find something in Oakland and BART into work. Depends on where they're working, but it's only fifteen minutes by BART from Oakland to downtown.
