It's very convenient that everything I have charges off USB, so wherever there is a current model computer, I can charge if I have my cables. So I always have my cables. My work laptop has 6 USB ports, so I never run short.
Does anyone here buy Adagio tea? I just learnt they let you create your own blends, and I was wondering what the base quality of their ingredients was like.
On days I drive to work, I can just connect my iPhone to a USB port in my car. Also, I take my MacBook Pro when I drive so I can sync/charge the phone while at work.
When I take the train, I carry the tiny iPhone charger in my pocket so I can play music on my iPhone all day without draining the battery every day and wearing it out.
The Apple iPhone charger is really cutting edge in its small size. I've read that the knockoffs of this charger are dangerous as they take shortcuts in fitting everything in that tiny cube.
I have charging cables in my car, which is the same as tommyrot's, so I have two USB ports in the onboard media hub. Whenever I'm in my car I have a tendency to plug in the iPhone and there's an iPod that lives in the car always connected to the other USB port. I have a charger built into my alarm clock, so the phone gets a full charge each night, and then if I'm working from the office I tend to have it plugged into my computer, so it gets a charge there. When I travel I have an iPad charger, and an iPhone charger and they both live in my hotel room, and then I have a car adapter that lives in my backpack so it is always available if I have a rental car.
Speaking of charging, I got this little stereo for my iPod for the party, and it was great! Especially great since I got it at a going-out-of-business Best Buy, so I think I paid $50 for it. But the sound was really quite good. And it charged my iPod as it went.

That sounds like a best possible outcome for an incredibly complicated and shitty situation. (ETA: "best" may be strong, but there were not a lot of "good" outcomes to be seen.)
What are the immigration implications, though? Wasn't he convicted of a felony, as a non-US citizen?
This thing says the judge recommended that he not be deported, but I have no idea how much weight that would hold with ICE: [link]
This just came up in my RSS feed: Apple iPhone Charger Teardown.
