I really like the Cake Bible, but almost never use it. I wonder if I should get rid of it, since we're in an offloading mode.

I took down two boxes of clothes from before I was pregnant. The super skinny clothes. Most of the skirts still fit (I've lost about 18 lbs in the past three months or so) but the tops and dresses? Oh hell no.

The dress I wore on my 34th birthday, which I still love, fits everywhere except the bust. I look like if I breath too deeply, I'll have nipple slippage.

I am still reeling from my bra size and the change in my bust for dresses and tops. Right now, it's all tshirts all the time. So depressing.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I'm pretty sure the jam tarts will not benefit from the extra shot of tequila my friend made me have after dinner. We'll see!

They'll be made with more glee?

I just googled the title of Taylor's project and I turn up that she was one of just 4 students from the City to make it to Finals in the Intel International Science Fair. Whoa.

They are fine. Whatever!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I haven't baked in forever, but I could totally visualise the four egg whites going totally to waste, so I took an early stand.

When I first bought the Cake Bible, I was working my way through it. I don't remember how far I got, but there are a bunch of notes tucked up in there from when I was a very different person.

I miss her sometimes.

Watching Friday Night Lights. I'm about halfway through the second season. It's good, but I don't know if I have the energy for all this. Hmmph.

I miss her sometimes.

I miss her too. I visualize her standing at a bar with my old self. At least they are having fun together?

(But I'm also happy that we have the today you here too).

There are a lot of feels in that show.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Something I found out today that I kind of wish I hadn't: not only do these things exist, but they sell them at Costco in Costco sized packages.
