Doubling the freezing time seems to have brought it
close
to an appropriate ice cream texture, but only close. I hope this isn't demonstrative of the rest of the recipes, or that was a waste.
However, it tastes fucking amazing, even if there is only a helping and a half frozen at this time.
I wish I had your half-frozen ice cream to spoon over my wonky cupcakes. They have rum in them, too!
