Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

We've seen this before, but now there's more!

Meet the entire cast of 1950s greaser Batman's Gotham City

Awesome!

Argh. Was supposed to be home in time to have a nice Friday evening, but traffic was so bad I changed my flight to be later and won't be home until about 930 or 10.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Which audiobook series?

Dorothy Dunnett's Lymond Chronicles: old-school high romance, with swordplay, politics, battles, more politics, fabulous characters, brilliant prose, heart-breaking deaths, hysterical set-pieces, some dodgy Orientalism, and a sad amount of implicit slut-shaming.

But it's not often you get a romantic & narrative payoff six volumes (and eleven years in internal chronology) in the building, and have it be that satisfying.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I am making a really excessive number of chocolate mini-cupcakes.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Words cannot even say how much my mom needs that, and her birthday is in three weeks, and there's no way in hell I can afford it. I'd ask the sibs, but we all just teamed up in a super-spendy Mother's Day gift. BOO.

Just had to share...I am trying to change this but Frisco will wait days to poop at home when I can wipe him. Drives me crazy but he has crazy willpower.

Stephanie, Dylan was like that until he was almost 4. On vacation he used to hold it for a week until we broke out the glycerin suppositories. Now he gets a fiber gummy every morning at breakfast.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Tonight I drove the the Thai place that used to be next door and had some Dynamite Shrimp that lived up to the name—it was awesome!

I did not poop.
