I don't fancy spending the next month trying to get librarian out of the carpet.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

That was smart buying the filter, Liese! I just realized today that that was an option but I think it's too late to get anything before Sunday.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Abebooks' Pinterest page of vintage cookbooks.

Oh dear, there goes my entire day.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

It was an exciting day for me in the cafeteria: they had the penne/chicken/broccoli special without anything else that I love up against it! I think usually it's on the same day as a buffalo chicken sandwich or a reuben or something else awesome. So I just had that for lunch.

Also, I can barely make it through the workday in anticipation of the fancy brow lady I'm seeing tonight! I hope she is excellent.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I remember a SF story in Analog back in the 70s/80s called "Jill the Giant Killer" where they used tac nukes to disrupt giant tornados. What a brave new world we used to live in.

How the hell big would a tornado have to be to make a nuke airburst a less lethal and damaging alternative?

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I just realized that Tom was not wandering around Colonial Williamsburg lamenting his lost youth...
