Jayne: That's a good idea. Good idea. Tell us where the stuff's at so I can shoot you. Mal: Point of interest? Offering to shoot us might not work so well as an incentive as you might imagine.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Bon, from what I could tell from trying to understand other people (it's icky--I don't recommend it), up until a few weeks ago, Joss was a genre cult TV writer who couldn't turn a profit. Now he's a mainstream movie director with revenue rivalling Avatar, which is a whole different vibe.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Understanding other people is overrated. But yes, this is what I get off it.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

DONE with stupid work! Why I couldn't have spent that half-hour at any point during the workweek is beyond me.

"Somewhere in this building is our talent." Toby Ziegler, my spirit animal

he'll get better tables at the Ivy, and Dana Gordon will take his phonecalls without him seeing her naked...you mean "Entourage" isn't real life? Dang.

Revenue that looks like it will surpass Avatar. It's already done better in the second week than Avatar:

"The Avengers" was the first movie ever to pull in more than $100 million domestically in its second weekend, passing the previous best of $75.6 million for "Avatar."
