Isaac can accept losing a game, but only up to a point. That point is usually the first loss, after that, he'd better win.
Emeline can handle losing most board games. Except Battleship. She cheats constantly. And then gets banned from the game and then has a fit and then a coupld of days later promises not to cheat again, but then she does and lather, rinse repeat.

by my own rules I cannot celebrate any win over mac except in my head. He is beyond slightly annoyed before the winning move is finished. It's a shame.

I was supposed to work from home today, which I kind of did (technically from Tom and Nora's), but I was super sleepy and came home and napped. And now I'm trying to decide what to make for dinner - I have cabbage and potatoes that I need to use. And green beans.

It is! I am ::hangs head in slight shame:: going to see Dark Shadows tomorrow. Somewhat against my better judgement. But but but ... Tim Burton eyecandy! Vampires! ... it's going to be dreadful, I'm sure.
On Sunday I'm going to a monthly open house thing some friends host. I get to see one of my favorite three year olds!
