Pretty cool except for the part where I was really terrified and now my knees are all dizzy.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

msbelle, I know the empty house feeling really well. All I can say is keep the TV on or have music playing. The quiet is no good.

As an extrovert who lives alone, I love the podcasts. Clark Howard, This American Life, The Nerdist, Tara Brach... anyone else got suggestions? I could always use more.

I just listened to the victory speech for Amendment One supporters. I literally feel nauseated now. So much hatred in God's name... seems like it's always been so. Devils quoting scripture for their own selfish purposes.

Time to go to bed, and let it go.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

anyone else got suggestions?

Stephen Fry! He gives you the impression that some humans are witty and humane.

Um. Girl on Guy with Aisha Tyler. Wait Wait... Don't Tell Me! Star Talk by Neil deGrasse Tyson.

For Mother's Day I just bought my mom a bunch of mystery stuff, because nothing says "I love you!" like murder?

For dinner tonight I made linguine with red Swiss chard, broccolini, green peas, turkey kielbasa, garlic and Serrano pepper, and Alfredo sauce, and topped it with chopped heirloom tomato.

Girl on Guy with Aisha Tyler.

The one she did with H. Jon Benjamin was so incredibly funny.

Speaking of comedians, definitely get Marc Maron's WTF.

She's done some pretty great ones, and I still have a lot to get to. Baratunde Thurston. Gary Anthony Williams. Adam Reed. I never wanted her to stop talking to Tom Morello.

I'm currently listening to her conversation with Wayne Brady, and it's been pretty amazing so far.

Let it be noted for the record, Aisha went to High School with JZ.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Really? Aisha seems like a gal I'd like to hang with .

msbelle, Ginger, could you email me your addresses? I'm crafty girl when I have a little downtime, and although I can't make your lives better, I'd like to make and send a little memento or two to maybe give you a moment of zen or something.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I've been accused (AGAIN!) of being part of a cabal and also I've been called a minion. By my coworkers.

That's crazy. One, you aren't the secret cabal type. Two, you'd never consent to be someone else's minion. They're eejits. What they are really saying is, "you are aligned against us, and you're smarter than us, so it's worrying."

The Splendid Table with Lynn Rosetto-Kasper. Although you will probably be hungry at the end.
