In happier news, I had a bit of leftover spicy meat spaghetti sauce but not enough for my dinner, so I sauteed garlic and spinach in olive oil, added the sauce, dumped in a bit of storebought sauce to up the tomato to meat ratio, added the noodles, and when heated through, dusted it with the last of the grated Italian cheese mix. Please to report that it was totally nom.
