Yes, it's terribly simple. The good guys are always stalwart and true, the bad guys are easily distinguished by their pointy horns or black hats, and, uh, we always defeat them and save the day. No one ever dies, and everybody lives happily ever after.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Yay sumi! Rock your benignness!

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Lab results are in: it was benign.

Serially because sumi deserved her own post first, I spent the morning doing Get Out The Vote calls against the fucking amendment (which isn't an amendment about fucking at all). I don't think I ever want to see a phone again. I thought I hated the fucking things before this.

Le nubian - I am tempted for some retail therapy, but it seems my energies are geared more to cleaning out right now. The other side of that coin is I am not so great with time to myself, so having a task is better (thus being at work). I think I may go grocery shopping today after visitation.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Yay, sumi!

Hang in there, msbelle.

It's a beautiful day outside: why am I so cold at my office?

Also, the (fictional) audiobook I'm listening to is about to describe a shipwreck that happened in 1556, and I'm all upset because one of my viewpoint characters, who was a real person, is going to die. Seems silly of me, but I'm a little weepy.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Whatever help you through, msbelle.

Just typed up an agenda with a presenter named Mr. Meester. OMG, I would be the most annoying person if tht guy was in my office. Hey Meester! Meester! Meester Meester.
