Oh, mac.
Shopped, swam, haircut, shopped some more. Ate chorizo empanada, greek yougurt with honey and fresh strawberries, and a few slices of spanish cheese I found at TJs. Not quite as good as over there, but it'll do.
About to haul the ac upstairs. Won't install them, just get them up there. Then clean upstairs. I'm giving me permission to wait until tomorrow for the down.
Musing on the drive home how completely unfettered I was feeling. Forcing myself to just be in the moment and just be in an unfamiliar place is a muscle I need to exercise more regularly. It puts me in a good place.
If I start wondering about all the bruises on my legs in the next week, remind me I hauled 108lbs of ac units up two flights of stairs. It's a contact sport.
And wow, it's not too warm in the house and I'm totally drenched. I knew I already had to shower before bed in order to sleep unmolested (aveda), but now I really do.
msbelle, I'm keeping you and mac in my thoughts and sending lots of ~ma and good vibes and prayers as well.
msbelle, what askye said. I'm hoping for a good solution for you both.
Do not read the comments. Do not read the comments. Do not read the comments. I should know better.
It is definitely spring in Colorado. CJ has responded to 4 fire calls in the last week. Only one house was a total loss and I think there were only minor injuries in that fire. But man...this is the most fire action since he has been trained to respond to fires. Shoot, the battalion captain recognizes CJ now.
Uh, this afternoon I went to see The Avengers for the third time in 36 hours, and I regret nothing. But now that I'm home, I'm doing laundry, changing the sheets on the bed, and have cleaned the stove top. Next up, I'm going to sweep and mop the kitchen!

You make good life choices.

I like your other life choices better.

Is it giving you ficcy feelings?
I'm still trying to find a playable DVD of Thor before I go see the Avengers.

I've been running around since Thursday night doing nothing but eating and having drinks and going to see The Avengers. Eventually laundry gets us all.
Is it giving you ficcy feelings?
Not really? It just makes me happy, and I'm enjoying it more every time I see it.
