So this just happened to the building across the street from me. (Nobody was hurt). I’m having a hard time figuring out how it happened, other than “SUVs make people stupid”.
Also, I have FCBDed! Now I have another pile of comics to add to the pile of unread comics I got last week.
I hope that helps, msbelle. I hope mac can get what he needs out of this. Wish I was there to have a drink with you. Or make a drink for you.
That's really hard to see someone you love go through, msbelle. I hope you can find something that helps. I can see how a strict routine and decluttering make sense for both of you - both once you have it in place and for you to be decluttering now. Those kinds of circumstances are when I do the most cleaning and tidying, it seems.
Somehow, backing into scaffolding seems much less likely than crashing into it headfirst. I guess it probably isn't, really.
Cool, dcp. Will do so, although it may be tomorrow, as I plan to drink a nice, cool bottle of white wine!
It’s a narrow street with no parking on that side, and no reason to be backing up in the first place.
Various stuff has been purchased- comics, denim jacket, 2 DVD sets and a CD(had a bunch of B&N gift cards to use) and a few T-shirts.
Fridge not yet cleaned, but living room has been spiffed up and vacuumed.
I must tackle the kitchen next. I find it MUCH easier to clean when neither of the kids are home.
Damn, Legend of Korra was so funny today.
Bolin's
cryface
was awesome.
Well, we have lawn bags and have called the lawn guy, but since it's 2, and we have to be at the theatre at 4ish for the 4:30 (AVENGERS!!!!) (and shower beforehand and pick up wine for le soiree afterward) we will be getting up in the cool of the morning tomorrow to de-stick and trashify the back yard.
I hate having a huge sycamore tree in the backyard. My grandma always called them trashy trees (she had one) and she's so right. They shed like a St. Bernard in Texas.
