What are people doing this weekend?

Sadly, not the cute fellow comics geek I was supposed to see The Avengers with as a first date. But a rain check was given, and I'll have Chris Evans in 3-D to console me. I will look like this: [link]

Tomorrow I'm going to go to the local comic store for Free Comic Book Day and free burgers, then probably have a marathon of the Sapphire & Steel DVDs I checked out from the library (assuming I can handle the hours of consecutive creepiness).

Sunday will be hiking and maybe a drive to Big Bayou Market for some crawfish.

Probably some cleaning and some novel revisions. Not sure outside of that. Not super exciting.

Ice skating at 9 am tomorrow. Not me. But I have to be up and civil. Then a play date. Also not me. Then groceries. Me. And writing. Weeding. Hopefully a bike ride on Sunday, and more writing.

I am trying to find someone to go out with me tonight, no luck so far. It is going to be a house cleaning/scrubbing type weekend. Between crazy work, being sick, and being social last weekend, the home is needing attention.

There is a free llama-fest this weekend. I've been trying to convince K-Bug that we should go. I mean, llama-fest.

I just got back from the Avengers!!!! It was lots of exclamation points: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tomorrow is a huge Kentucky Derby party, which is a big neighborhood social event. Also, it's FCBD!

Tonight: Mexican food with friends then the local HS production of Grease (which many of my former students are in).

Sat: Sleeping; car to shop for maintenance; Cinco de Mayo supper with friends

Sun: Sleeping.

I need to get rid of the ick that invaded my body this week.

I Hope to see the Avengers, there's a craft show, and I really have to clean my house. My kitchen floor is a horror.
