Crock Pot Chicken Tagine last night was huge win. Found out from friend during dinner (the one who just discovered she has endometrial cancer)that she DOES NOT HAVE INSURANCE. This is very worrying, although she seems quite sanguine about it.
Best wishes to all struggling Buffistas today. This has been a particularly difficult few weeks for our tribe.
I am not sure I can express how much I despise our insurance system. Nothing bad has happened I just cannot get any information. In fact, I cannot even correct information - they have my birthdate wrong, so all claims are a mess, but I cannot correct it online or over the phone. I have to fill out paperwork, have my HR submit it and then wait 3-4 days. how is it again that insurance corporate office have not been bombed?
