How much entering of data into something would I have to do?
Like meara said, it tracks all your movement for you, and uploads it whenever you're close to its base station. If you want to track weight and food, you can, but it's totally optional.

So sleepy tonight it's ridiculous. Today was a mostly quiet day at work and the most physically strenuous thing I did was pick up a soup bowl!

Oh, and some good news, I guess! Today I was told that I'll be getting a promotion. Don't know yet about compensation or exactly what the responsibilities/expectations are, but hey!

It is just Tuesday and I already have 9 hours of OT. I may take a day off if work ever slows down, but right now I don't see it happening before the end of the pay period.
Which also means I don't have my DL or bank card back yet. I drove into Denver yesterday afternoon, but got there after the office closed at 4:30. I'm going to have to go earlier in the day and I'm not sure if I'll be able to shift work tomorrow or Thursday. I think I can on Friday, but I'd rather get them back sooner or later.
