The house feels cooler when it cools down to 70degF than when it warms up to 70degF, but either way it's 70 (21degC, for you Celsius folks). Why is that?

It really grossed me out to see Kim Kardashian at the WH thing. But then I thought "Maybe somebody finally figured out what she does." But I don't think an event is very credible once Kim shows up.
