I think HuffPo is just doing real-time updating and things keep changing in Virginia. It's gone blue and red and blue again.
HuffPo does live updates until they call the state. (Presumably they would change thereafter if necessary, but it doesn't blink on and off like Virginia.) Given they got Nebraska into Obama's column at one point, I think they may be having some technical difficulties.

Colorado for Obama and we passed a constitutional amendment legalizing recreational pot. DOJ says they are reviewing the amendment before deciding what they will do since it is still illegal at the federal level. Colorado is going to push the issue...

Our house voted against Ryan, sadly to no effect. Unfortunately outside of my city, we're in a very conservative area of the state.
