When you look back at this, in the three seconds it'll take you to turn to dust, I think you'll find the mistake was touching my stuff.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I am actually wearing a long red wig, which makes me realize that I don't understand how people with hair can stand to wear these things.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

DX responded to my message today. He's fine, but was temporarily without internet access.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Not many people in IT dressed up, but one guy at the end of our row has his hair spray painted red, the support tech is wearing a false beard, and I suspect I passed a Honey Boo Boo in the hall. But that's stuff you don't stick around to verify.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

A couple of people are wearing costumes here, but not more. I'm wearing a long black dress and am prepared to tell anyone who asks that I'm a witch -- my hat and broom are elsewhere. (No one has asked.)

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I am in full zombie make-up and tattered, blood-spattered clothes but I am about to take the make-up off, as it's making my face feel like a grease pit.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I am somewhat zombified, but I need to reapply my makeup before the trick or treating starts.

I did have one attorney tell me I was creeping him out, so I feel like I win.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

brenda,

what I meant is that I think it is possible more vampires would be created than one a month and that they would feed more often but that not every time would create another vampire. Even if there was an additional vampire created each month, we are toast. that's why I am assuming human obliteration much sooner.

yes, it is amusing we are having this discussion. but put my level of surprise at zero.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Assumptions for the math: that vampires feed once a month and that when they feed, a human dies and a vampire is created.

But what if there was a Chosen One, who will stand against the vampires, the demons, and the forces of darkness?

Always Anti-fascist!

I think Nate Silver would blush if he knew how much he gets discussed here. Because Unlikely celebrities still blush. In a way, I think recent events remind people of the role of government.(Not that it's worth it.)

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I pondered the implications of a cute zombie girl with dirty knees. Then I pondered again, and then I giggled.
