Sometimes I miss having powers... Oh. Oh! I know what this is! This is peer pressure! Any second now you're gonna make me smoke tobacco and--and have drugs!

Ein, I thought these things were confidential. I never would have submitted if I knew you were going to do me like that.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Oh, I am going to redact it in a bit, and it's from a WAY non-Buffista place, not a publisher, not a literary agent, not an author...

But it's the classic "OH, you're a writer? I have a GREAT idea for a book; you just research and write it, and I'll be the co-author!"

I mean, I'd DO this job, for like, a contract with A PUBLISHER! (Whom this is NOT.) I'm just flamshmazzled by it.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

You should send an explanation that you won’t be able to help, but maybe these people would.

Oh, well I guess I'll write back a nice note with an year-long time table and a crazy fee, and ask him what publishing company this person works with.

After MOR COFFEE!

At least I started the day with a laugh! That's something!

Art Crawl!!!

Hmmm, need to catch up on Last Resort. (Did I mention that everytime I think of that I think "Lost Resort.)

Randomness: a filly named Katniss Everdeen is running in the first at Laurel.

And check out Le petit trianon hen house.

I am unamused by the weather forecast for next week. I predict it's going to look like Armageddon at Target and the grocery stores this weekend.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Hee, brenda!

Oh, well I guess I'll write back a nice note with an year-long time table and a crazy fee

I wouldn't, unless you're prepared for them to agree.

Yeah, that could backfire.

Um, I'd totally write it for 12K.

I don't think that will happen, though.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Bailey was not in a bed. Not even a bedroom. She was in her crate in the back living room and we had folded out the couch so mac could sleep back there with her, but no. She was having none of it. She barked and bayed and whined for well over an hour, then quieted down enough that we both fell asleep, started up at 2am again and I went and let her outside to see if it would help. Back asleep, she started up again at 3:45, at which point I let her out again and finally stayed on the folded out bed and left her crate door open. She did stay quiet then because everytime she started whining again she could go around and sniff out her human and realize that she was not around. She would always return to her crate. No idea if she slept a whit. I am exhausted.
