There needs to be some kind of outpatient clinic to administer treatments like yours. I wish there was.

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
I am so sorry ita, what a colossal fuck up! I support going into the neuro's office in the morning and waiting until he makes time to see you. This current plan just isn't working.

Exactly! So clearly what's needed. I don't understand why the neuro and the pain doc can agree to a medication plan but neither office is equipped to implement it.
So seriously, you got nothing? This is absurd.
Jesus, Mary, and Joseph. Can we start a change.org petition or something? Fucking unbelievable.
Jesus, ita, that's just fucked up. They didn't give you anything at all, when the notes from two doctors are right there in your dossier? That ought to be illegal.
I'm thinking it might at least be worth contacting whatever overseeing body the AMA has in place. Turning a patient in obvious pain away from the ER with no treatment because you don't like the one mandated by their pain and neuro specialists sounds like a matter they should be made aware of.
Does the hospital have an ombudsman? Or something? Maybe an independant patient advocate? God, I wish we could descend en masse and make them fucking see reason.
ita can't do this - she needs an advocate. I'm not sure how to find one

I very much like this suggestion. I wonder if a hospital administrator needs to get involved. It is bad enough that I wonder if your local Congressperson in the House (U.S. or State) needs to get involved. Is either one a patients rights advocate?
Is there an AFLCIO for patients?
This also sounds like something a lawyer might be interested in. But I am out of my league here. Probably there is no law against this behavior.
