t whine alert
My plan for this morning had been to leave for work a little early, so that I could stop at the store and get cold medicine since of course I got a vacation cold, and I have no cold medicine in the house, and I really do have to go to work today, since it's my first day back from vacation, but then my car wouldn't start, and AAA couldn't get it started, so now I am waiting for the tow truck, and if this costs me as much as I think it might to get my car started again, I may not be able to go to Chicago after all, plus I still need cold medicine, and I have no idea how I am going to get any.
I don't think I am closing that tag today.
2nd Circuit Court strikes down DOMA.
It's a $100 repair, max. That's the ~ma I'm sending.
WOOHOO!!! WHOOT! WHOOT!
Die DOMA Die!
msbelle said it better than I could.
msbelle, return insent. Oh, although you should know I'll be gone during much of November, if it matters.
Die DOMA Die!
I may not be able to go to Chicago after all, plus I still need cold medicine, and I have no idea how I am going to get any.
NOOOOO. On both things.
In our copier room first aid kits they have things like aspirin and cold medicine - maybe there's something like that you haven't noticed? Unless you need the hardcore pharmacy stuff. But I hope you get relief.
Ooh. Go court go!
Do people normally (I guess I should say--practically, or ideally) vote on all the propositions?
See, this is where I don't get undecided voters. I feel like at this point, if you're going to vote, you know go you're voting for. And if you don't, are you really going to vote? Generally if I'm undecided on a proposition or race, I just don't complete that part. I mean, that's not usually very many, but.
Update:
The tow truck company just called, and the tow truck they were sending out to me that should have been here shortly after 9:00 broke down, so now it is in the repair shop, and they won't have another truck available for about half an hour.
yes, I think you should vote on all the propositions
Yeah, that's not really the question I was asking, though.
